Monthly cost including shipping is approximately $330 per month for the first 2 ½ months and then $415 a month thereafter, assuming a target dose of 5mg. Your initial purchase of $830 gets you 40mg of Tirzepatide (each vial contains 20mg- you get 2 vials). The order includes 40mg Tirzepatide with B12, cold shipping pack, required needles/syringes, sharps container, etc. When you start new on the medication the dosing is as follows; Weeks 1-4 2.5mg, then starting week number 5 and forward the dose is 5mg. Therefore, the 40mg will be used as follows when you begin; weeks 1-4 2.5mg X 4 = 10mg, then weeks 5-10 will utilize 5mg X 6 = 30mg, so you will have enough medication to cover the first 10 weeks, 4 at 2.5mg and then 6 at 5mg. Going forward as you use 5mg weekly 40mg will last you 8 weeks. (some are able to get the benefits at 2.5mg or less than 5mg. Yes, Tirzepatide may decrease the activity or levels of contraceptives in your body and you may have to adjust your contraceptive dosage to keep it as effective.
