How the process for initiating GLP-1 membership with Remedy Realm works

Schedule initial telehealth consultation with Dr. Schreiber (up to 20 minutes) where your pertinent medical history will be reviewed and the medications will be discussed. Many of your questions can be answered by reading the FAQ section. You will be also be able to ask questions during this consultation.

At the end of the consultation you will complete your identification verification, your registration and medical intake questions where you will confirm information discussed and you will sign consent forms.

Pay your membership fees. 

For Semaglutide membership, the monthly fee is  $278.**

For Tirzepatide the monthly fee is $429.**

**For high dose membership added fees apply. Starting at 2mg for Semaglutide and 10mg for Tirzepatide.

Retatrutide prices TBD. Ask if you are interested.

No. This is only an out-of-pocket cost.
No. Prescriptions through Remedy Realm will only be sent to the compounding pharmacy we work with and the medication will be shipped to you.
It is usually a once a week injection. Sometimes if you find that you are losing the effects after day 5, an option would be to increase the frequency to every 5 days.
It is administered by injection. The tutorial video walks you through all the steps for self-administration. The needle used is a very fine needle used for injecting insulin. It is so fine that it is usually painless.
It usually takes about 2.5 weeks to receive medication
Yes, Tirzepatide may decrease the activity or levels of contraceptives in your body and you may have to adjust your contraceptive dosage to keep it as effective.
The beneficial effects last while the medication is in your system. If you do not continue the medication, it will no longer have an effect on you. The only effect it might have would be if you have learned a new way of eating and you can extend that experience to change your habits. The beneficial biochemical effects can only be replicated by taking the medicine.
Some people wish to continue getting the benefits by continuing to take the medication. You might be able to do that and lower the dose to a maintenance dose.
You will receive 2 vials of 20mg each for a total of 40mg. This amount will last on average 10 weeks.
No. You need to re-order when you see you are starting to run out. Please anticipate that since it may take 2 weeks from the time you place the order to receive you will want to order BEFORE you are at your last dose.
